Fitness classes

At aspire we have a range of classes for you to enjoy - they are designed to be effective, hard work and most of all - fun!  They are available to both members and non-members.
 
The classes are free to gym members and £5 for non-gym members.  The only exception is the 3 month challenge course which is a 12 week fitness course of three, hour-long sessions a week.  For more details about the course please see our 3 month challenge page .  Each class is taken by one of aspire personal trainers, so you will be given the correct instruction to make sure that you know exactly what you are doing and how to do it! 
 
The current class timetable is shown below.  You will shortly be able to book these classes online once we have made the transition to our new gym software (this should be completed by mid February).
