Early Bird TBT sessions

Our Early Bird TBT Course is a 6 week fully supervised fitness and toning course which will totally transform your body!. You will take part in 3 x 60 minute Small Group Training Sessions Per Week. The course is avaliable at both our gyms and sessions are varied to keep it exciting and to keep your body and mind guessing. The course also includes a start and finish assessment, and  nutritional advice and guidance.


Nantgarw Sessions
Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6.30am - 7.30am 
Course 1 starts Monday 19/09/17 
Course 2 starts 30/10/17

Canton Sessions
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30am - 7.30am.
Course 1 starts Monday 11/09/17
Course 2 starts 23/10/17

The Course Costs - £60 for Members and £90 for Non Members.
