Early Bird S&C sessions

Our Early Bird Strength & Conditioning Course is a 6 week fitness, toning and fat burning course which will totally transform your body! You will take part in 3 x 60 minute Small Group Training Sessions Per Week. The proven programme utilises a varierty of weight training exercises which will tone and sculpt your body, followed by a short conditioning element which will help burn that stubbon body fat. The course is avaliable at both our gyms and includes a start and finish assessment, and nutritional advice and guidance.

Nantgarw Sessions

Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6.30am - 7.30am

The Course Costs - £60 for Members and £90 for Non Members.
