Hypopressive Technique

Our hypopressive course, if followed correctly with instruction, will considerably improve pelvic floor function, ideal or even crucial for new mums.

Joe takes the client through how it all works on a one-to-one basis. It’s all about breathing and diaphragm activation, but very different from spiritual yoga or pilates – it is specific, and was designed and heavily researched by Doctor Marcel Caufriez since 1980.

After having learnt the ins and outs of how it works, and having learnt the techniques, the client can continue the exercises daily at home for a month, and/or in a class setting with other mums who have been through the learning process in the same way.
